Terms of Service

Vector Edge Alpha ("VEA," "we," "us") is a subscription service that publishes probabilistic sports analysis, model-derived picks, and historical performance data. Everything we publish is informational and analytical only. It is not betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to wager any amount of money.

You are responsible for your own decisions. Sports wagering involves risk. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use VEA, and you must comply with all applicable laws where you live.

You sign in with an email address using a magic link (or via Google OAuth). You're responsible for keeping access to that email secure. We'll treat anyone holding a valid session as you.

One person per account. Don't share login links, screen-share active picks to non-subscribers, scrape the site, or resell the content. Doing so may result in account termination without refund (see §6).

VEA offers three subscription tiers: Pro, Pro+, and Elite, billed monthly or annually via Stripe at the price shown on the Pricing page when you subscribe.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel any time from the Account page (which links to the Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future renewals — your access continues through the end of the current paid period.

Prices may change. If we raise the price of your current plan, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect.

See our Refund Policy. Short version: 48-hour no-questions-asked refund on new subscriptions, and you can cancel auto-renewal any time.

The picks, models, methodology, code, branding, and content we publish are owned by VEA (or licensed to us). You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them while your subscription is active.

You keep anything you create — feedback, bug reports, or content you submit. By submitting it, you give us a license to use it to improve VEA.

Don't use VEA to: (a) violate any law, (b) scrape, mirror, or redistribute our content, (c) reverse-engineer our models, (d) abuse rate limits or attempt to access other users' accounts, or (e) operate a competing pick-distribution service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate for cause, we may withhold a pro-rated refund for the unused portion. If we terminate without cause (e.g., we shut the service down), we'll refund the unused portion.

VEA is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that picks will win, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that data will be free of errors.

We are not a sportsbook, a brokerage, a tout, an exchange, or a fiduciary. Past performance does not predict future results.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, VEA's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including losses from wagers you place based on our content.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll email you and post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use VEA after the change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
