Refunds

Refund Policy

Last updated 2026-06-05

The short version

New to Vector Edge Alpha and not happy with it? Email us within 48 hours of your first paid charge and we'll refund it. No screen recordings. No proof of placed bets. No theatrics.

You can also cancel auto-renewal at any time from the Account page — no email required.

The details

Eligibility. Full refunds are available on your first paid charge for a tier (monthly or annual) within 48 hours of the charge.

How to request. Email support@vectoredgealpha.com from the email on your account, with subject "Refund". We'll process it through Stripe within 2 business days. The refund typically appears on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What we don't do. We don't require you to send screenshots, recordings, betting slips, or any "proof" that you actually placed wagers. We don't make you talk to a retention specialist. We don't ask why. Just email and we'll refund.

Renewals and pro-rated refunds

Monthly subscriptions: after the first 48 hours, monthly charges are non-refundable, but cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Annual subscriptions: if you cancel an annual plan after the first 48 hours, we'll refund the unused months on a pro-rated basis — minus a 10% restocking fee to cover Stripe processing costs. Or, you can simply let the plan run to the end of its term and not renew (no refund, no fee).

If we shut the service down: we'll refund the unused portion of every active subscription, no fees, no questions.

Edge cases

Chargebacks. Please email us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it faster directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being terminated.

Abuse. If we see a pattern of subscribe-refund-subscribe cycling, we may decline future refund requests on that account.

Upgrades and downgrades. When you upgrade tiers, you're billed pro-rata for the difference. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next renewal — no refund for the difference.

Why we do it this way

A lot of paid sports-pick services make refunds intentionally painful — screen recordings of every signal bet, mandatory phone calls, "loss thresholds." That's a tell that they don't believe in their own product.

We do. The model is the product. If it's not working for you, we'd rather give you your money back than make you fight for it.
