Win rate over short samples is dominated by variance — you can pick at 65% true-skill and still lose money over 50 picks. CLV measures whether you're consistently beating the market price at the moment the game starts. Beating the close beats luck. Web dashboard first — picks appear in your Dashboard the moment we publish them, with a server-side timestamp and a content hash so we can't backdate. Pro+ adds email + browser push + SMS alerts. We deliberately don't do Discord — the model and the dashboard are the product, not a community.

We don't buy ads, we don't pay influencers, we don't have a sales team, and we don't have a $50k/mo office. The model runs in Python, the site runs on AWS App Runner, and the founder still writes most of the code. Cost-of-goods is mostly compute. Charging $500/mo for picks generated by a script with sub-$100/mo infra is the part of the market we're structurally undercutting.
